Hey y'all,
I'm in desperate need of a karting buddy. If you've been practicing alone, I'm sure we can help each other out a bit with lifting, and technical issues. Beats doing a killer lap time and not being able to tell anyone about it.
Cheers,
Kuross

Hey, yeah! You sound awesome and really good looking. I'd come out and practice with you anytime. Anyone else want in?
Hey mate tell us what class your in and where do you mainly go for practice.
Tag restricted and I've been practicing at eastern creek, picton, oran park and butterfly farm. I'll be moving to Rotax light next year so some practice will be sans restrictor plate.
I'm pretty good with sports science so can help a lot out on getting performance from the athlete. Looking for someone who stays awake thinking about race lines like me!

I'd be careful about practising without that restrictor plate in - if you are licenced to TAG restricted and you remove the plate, doesn't that mean your kart is non-compliant? Wouldn't that then violate all your insurance coverage? For you and those on the track with you?
I could be wrong but it's just a thought......
im pretty sure the restricter plate is for the race meets, there the same engines in rotax. so you can run it at practice days without it. i could be wrong
Drat, tried to comment and then have realised I logged in on husband's login.
will shut up now.
Why can't I delete this wretched thing?
You're right. I can practice at non-AKA tracks without the restrictor though. Just getting used to it will take a while.
