How many re-enforced J-Arms do you have? One for each session? You know JR muscles are too stong for shifting gears....he is pumping at least 100lbs each arm at the gym.
I have your whizbang quickshift sensor working on my bench. Looking for the source of those contacts so you have you can have 100's spare without spending $300 each time on that shit design.
Merry Christmas Ted you twat, see ya in 2012.
PS. What about a picture of some snow in front of your garage?
This is the latest spec barrel that was quickest at Laguna in front of the twins of Gavin Bennett, Malcolm Crowe, Eddie Lawson, Mike Wayne and myself at one stage. Hauls ass that thing.
I recognise this actual barrel real well. Acid and my fingers spent 2 successive intimate nights together. We have a close relationship. :D .......even after that never to be seen again, last one in exsistance, original Manfred GAS GAS piston. After being fixed, JR was smacking my ass, so then he goes and brakes the J-Arm for the 2nd time. But your right.....your always going to look quick against my twin when I was running on kerosene instead Leaded Racing Fuel. >:(
We can discuss those 2x Eagles all over a bottle of Crown Royal next year, Tracey says she'll keep our glasses topped and hang out for a laugh.
Hey Ted, you guys have a great xmas and can't wait to see you down here in oz ;). You might have to wait until the isle of fright is rebuilt( a pub on phillip island that burnt down) We can just see you and bluey(the old man) at toss the boss together
thats the trailer with my sponsors sign writing already done....i can tell your jealous, its OK ill let Darren win the first heat of round one. ;) :D :D :D
Ha ha, thanks but at this stage you won't need to, with no rolling chassis in the pipeline and the Evo 3 engine only half Modeled in CAD so far, we have alot to do to make the grid next year. Well be there somehow though. ;D
Ant, looking at the bottom pic, the rear throttle cable looks like it is sitting on the outer point of the cable holder.
Please make sure its not.
BE REALLY CAREFUL THAT IT/THEY AREN'T AS YOU DON'T WANT A STUCK THROTTLE IN A TWIN!!!!!!!! PANTS WILL FILL REALLY QUICKLY!!
Some people put a peice of fuel hose or similar over his joint to minimise the chance of the cable sitting on the outer edge. Some also then cable tie this peice of hose. I recommend you don't cable tie it.
I noticed that too Scott...the old sprint kart trick when starting on your own..... You were just looking at what type of Delortto's he has ;) I was quite looking forward to Ant filling up his nice white leathers. I was actually wondering what was in the big box against the wall with all the BRC packing tape all around it. I've seen Hepworth and Pega with boxes covered in BRC tape. Did Ant get a parcel from Canada? I know it's not a spare engine, they get shipped from Canada in an Esky......or to our kiwi friends, in a chilli bin. ;D
Thanks guys, atleast my results will be based on my performance ... No excuses :)
See how it goes, hopefully by end of the year I might start getting some good results ... Time will tell :)
Thanks for the tip Scott, I did notice this ... The front carb cable is attached well with the fuel line covering the join, the rear as you pointed out is not and the arm that comes out of the carby top is quite free/loose ... I put this down to side pod removal as you need to swing that arm around to remove the pod ...
I'll fasten it tighter with the fuel line cover ... Definetly don't want a stuck throttle :)
I here mattel have built a superkart for a barbie shaped driver in sydney.................. pink black and white pinstriping i think kens going to do the photo shoot soon watch here for photos....... sammy what was the reaction you got when carring these through the pits at eastern creek 2 years ago?????
No, but Jason is one of our drivers. He had his first outing in the kart at Calder last Sunday and was very impressive. He had hoped to run at either Phillip Island or Mallala this weekend but the shooting of Celebrity Apprentice took precedence. This kart is shortly to be joined by the other kart in the team. Raceroz is my son and the signwriter and owner of the kart.

its all up to you now Ant :D ;D. No pressure 8)
Re: Pics of your kart(s)
I know you will be able to take it up to speed.
Take your time getting used to this new weapon (the BATMOBILE) and soon you will be fighting for podium finishes.
Myself and Paul will be there at QR and Lakeside to help you. Though Paul can do all the push starts.

If you google ' Formula 1 Superkarts' you will find more pics etc
We have one in our club in QLD, 250 National..
The 125 you see above is a 1off cougar chassis using the Formula 1 bodywork ..
I am using this same body on my 125 project at the moment so if you are interested I can put you onto the guy who can supply ...
Hope that helps
