Still for sale at $2400. Brand new kart $1000 dollars under cost price.
Is this the smallest chassis…
Is this the smallest chassis available in Aus ? My Son is only 3, but I want to start him early!
You can buy a mini kart but they are generally not used for racing.
You are better off getting him to fit in a 900mm chassis to practice then it can be used for racing.
This will save you money in the long run.
The kart I am selling is perfect for little kids if you can set it up so he can reach the pedals.
There are plenty of option available to help.
I actually have a set of brackets that will put the pedals back further so it is easier for him to reach.
You can have them if you buy the kart.
3 years old ????? Are you mad ?. They're only just out of nappies, and you want them racing a go kart. I think you need to reconsider. Richard Pece said:

Not wanting to hijack the for sale thread,
At 3 years old your biggest challenge will be finding somewhere for your son to drive any kart. I made a pair of electric karts for my son ( second one avoided tears when friends or relatives were over). He got the hang of driving at 4 and is now 7 and starting in a cadet kart. We used them in sports fields ( netball etc), kids bike tracks and setup motorkhanas in empty carparks.
What ever you have will need a speed limiter and engine cutout when brake applied.
Another challenge at 3 years old is getting the pedals close enough to the seat. Even in 900mm cadet karts this will be a real challenge. PM me if you want more info.
Back to the for sale thread of the Praga. Stunning looking Kart. Would love to have it for my son.
I was going to explain all this to him if we got a chance to chat.
There is no way a 3yr old could manage a kart that is obvious.
Depending on the child you can have them set up to run on private or hire tracks to get started.
Just need to limit the karts performance which is not difficult.
My son was in a kart at 4 very slowly at first at just for fun.
All good guys, Different…
All good guys, Different approach from me. I want the Chassis, which I will adapt to my Simulator, ThrustMaster Wheels and Pedal, attached to a Xbox One. I already push him around in a BEERG Pedal Kart in the park, and he already has the hang of steering, breaking etc. In fact he can already manoeuvre through some pretty tight motorkhana setups, which surprised the crap out of me. I would never attempt to sit him in a petrol powered Kart at this age. He turns 4 in July. Cheers.
