i think crg or golkart would have the turbo visor.
and i also wear glasses and they fog up regardless of any product put on it(i havent found a decent anti fog for glasses yet).
rain x anti fog doesnt work, but WD-40 did an ok job...
best thing would be to spend the money and get anti fog lenses.
Thanks mate. Damn glasses. What's an anti fog lense worth?

not sure, but if its anything like an anti fog visor, then its gonna be alot more than a standard lense. i got polycarbonate lenses too, so it wont be a cheap option. but then again, totalling you kart in the wet due to the fog, isnt exactly a cheaper option...
Motorbike shops have a few products for no fog, we use a brand of 'Scott' alcohol dipped cloths. You just rub it on the inside of your visor and off you go 110% better :)
Hey try these guys I get all my arai parts from these guys and you save heaps
They take about 4 days to deliver all items from Japan
Got a GP5K for $774 including freight so they are cheap and reliable
Hope this helps
Personally I dont run these....
if you go to any general auto store (autobarn, repco, evev Kmart) they should have an auto fog product.... not other that, but if you dont have an iridium visor (although I havent tried it on one yet) get some Rainex.... this helps all the water on your visor run off much easier...
The whirly things just seem to get annoying if you ask me!
just my 2 cents :)
It wasn't the cause of me backing it into you in the first heat - that was just me running out of talent!
But yeah the next wet heat I had to pull over cause I could not see anything. Then I kept going with the visor up( bloody hurts down the straight when its raining). Probably lucky I didn't get black flagged. Me and another bloke got warned at Pro Tour for having the visor open just a tiny crack!

I've noticed not many people run them. How do they get annoying? Does it distort your vision or something?

I run it all the time (well in NZ never in Qld yet) and it spins so fast you dont even notice it there at all.
Well when you turn your head to look at the apex, and then turn your steering wheel, the water from the inside front wheel flicks up under the whirly thing..... thats happened to me before.... not only that but I think that the field of vision is much less....
I have tried one before, and I'd run a normal visor with rainex and anti fog any day.....
I run iridiums in the wet too no probs at all....
just be careful running your iridium visors in the wet when there are mills, etc around.... I believe that what can happen sometimes is that the furmes that they put out, gets gathered in the clouds and when it rains, it can eat at the visor..... weird I know but its happened.....
try them both out for yourself.... you'll find that the standard visor is the best ;)

The best anti-fog I have used is soapy water on a clean visor. Just lather it up on your hand or cloth, coat the entire inside of the visor and then wipe dry. I have used this for years with my road bikes and it works a treat.
Test it out on the bathroom mirror next you have a shower.
