Why are forum search results in a seemingly random order? Am I missing something simple to make them show chronologically? For example, if I search for "comer" in the market place, the first three hits are form 2010, 2009 and 2012 (see attached screen shot). I'm pretty sure the Comers for sale 3 years ago aren't still for sale... would be nice to have the search results ordered so we don't have to trawl through hundreds of 3 year old posts to find the latest posts.

To be honest, Richard, the search function is pretty shit. There's not much I can do about it either, unfortunately, as it's a function of the software we run the site on that we can't customise.
What you can do, however, is use google to search site, like so:
"Your search term" site:kartbook.net
Cheers Col.
Or archive them to a new forum?
Maybe. I'll look into it. The software doesn't deliver the sort of flexibility that I would like, to be honest!

Also, is it possible to make it so that when you go from the summary home page on your phone and you click on a thread that has recently been active that it takes you to the most recent post rather than cycle through every page? It gets really annoying sometimes! Arrow X2 thread is a good example at the moment.Â
