Hey guys.
I was having this thought on the way home from university, and my last exam today. I was keen to see who would be interested in kartbook.net having say a 1 hour internet radio spot. I know fon-gee radio was slow and not so brilliant to listen to, but using content of the input of you guys and various other sources, like our good friends at kartsportnews.com and quite possibly BAM if they are interested?
Another added facet to the show would be prize giveaways and things like that, so little things that kartshops can give away, and have their name produced around the country, for next to nothing!
If I can generate enough interest, depending on the university time table next semester, I'm sure I could make it a reality.
Fongy.

Fon-gee radio was awesome. I'd even like to see the return of that, except maybe some alternative music to your regular insane doof doof music Fongy!
Make sure you offer it in .mp3 format, and submit it as a podcast to iTunes :)
I used to d/l the AKA podcast was good to listen to interviews with drivers etc etc. A radioshow would be sweet. Have different people of from industry to drivers etc etc. Some tech stuff for us less than talented drivers. Radio show would be cool.
With music you gotta really watch what you play as you may need to start paying royalties to artists as such.
Thanks for the heads up scotty, my show was usually only news from the world, not really tech stuff. I was planning on doing the whole industry thing and drivers etc.
Music was not a big deal, but between us guys on kartbook, it'll be what ever keeps the crowd happy.
I just confirmed an aussie server I can run the show from our good friends at Lateral Plains so who knows what could be....
Also james, as far as mp3 format and recording goes, i'm not sure how I would do this, but i will try and investigate as to what I can do :)
Love ya work fongy! Great idea!
Awsome idea Fongy
yea sounds like a awsome idea..need to get karting out there and help generate more interest in the sport...but good info and a good variety of music should make it work
