Well we have just moved from rookies where my son was average rookie size to JNL but the book is not holding him to the ground, he is getting to tall for JNL new kart( three months old) almost out grown, but to light for JNH...not 13 so can't go into any other class...Just bought senior peddles, moved seat back.... plays a lot sport and eats loads....mmmm what to do next

Do what I had to do (I'm 6'5")...extend the front of the kart, so that pedals can be further forward and still stay legal (behind front bar when fully depressed).
On most chassis, it's quite a simple task and does not necessarily require any welding (so your new powdercoat won't be stuffed up).
It will have a slight negative affect on the handling (can tune this out), but it also offers certain other benefits that I won't mention here, in case all the short a$$es start trying it as well.
