Apparently there was a 4 stroke running at Wakefield park or oran park not long ago is this the experimental one having a try out if so how did it go and anyone who was there what did they think and are there any photos of it around. Would this be the go to replace the 250 national class or not would we possibly get more interest if this was the case. Just throwing it out there to hear what we all think.

Re: 4 stroke
Personally, I don't see any current model 4St motocross/endro motocycle engine doing squat in any webmaster. Our 125GB are quicker regardless of driver/setup. I'm not bashing any ideas, anybody or testing, it's purely observation with a little knowledge on the engines, design and prices.
Not even a "factory" could get the current 4 stroke 450cc engine to operate/perform against a 250 single after dropping their project a couple of years back. And the $$$$ to find out...please I won't I won't go there, lets just say the project was dropped like a hot potato after 2 or so years of trying.
Ohh, didn't Martin Hines and Maxsym? try this as well.....so what happen to that project?

Not sure if anyone has seen this but here it is.

Have a look at the crankshaft for instance, it looks like SEX!!!!
Also Mono cylinder/head, patented dummy conrod system for balancing, fuel injected or carbs, Magnesium or Ali casings, 6 speed g/box or not. To convert from 500 to 600 was just a cylinder spacer and stroker crank.
This guy produced this video in his own time. I have since got in contact with him via email. He said that the company was already going down before this project was far underway. he also said that the CIK wasn't to happy about it either.
Hines Kart only got as far as dummied up with Mark Owens bodywork for the NEC Birmingham Autosport show to attract pre sales is what I was told by a creditable source. 10 engines were produced of combined 500 and 600cc variants each has a seperate owner.
