You would be suprised how little you really need. Once apon a time I had more tools and stuff then I knew what to do with. Its simply not possible to take everything with you to a race meeting especially if you freighting your kart there.

I have a Sparco tool bag which is the size of a laptop bag, it has everything I need to run my two karts.

a regular phillips and flathead
13mm Tbar Socket
10mm Tbar Socket
Hex Tbars
Sparkplug Spanner
Feeler Guages
Long nose, Blunt nose, side cutters
Small 15cm ruler and 30cm ruler
Tape Measure
Pop off guage, and Lever height guage
Some Steel Wool and Wet and Dry
measuring beaker.

Enough tools to run both my karts Leopard and Clubman. and its small..

Well going by my first 4 race meets ever, spare stub axles (both sides), 2 spare axles, steering column, 2 spare tie rods, spare seat, steering wheel, spare pair of gloves, side pod bar, carby kit, exhaust springs and may aswell chuck in a spare chassis.
unfortunately this depends on budget....

Dont forget to add to the list, spare chains, chain breaker, sprockets, fuel drum, mixing jug, oil measurer, oil, fuel, plugs, tyre pressure gauge, socket set, chain measuring stick, jets, weather station, ezi shade, carb kit, accelerator cable, LOTS of spare coin, beer, smokes, 2x pit chicks, ghetto blaster, really anoying tunes to put other competitors off their game, table, chairs, kids, food, water for kids and radiator, ummm that should just about cover it....oh hang on lic and race gear.....that should be it???.....oh jeez nearly forgot the wife! Haha
If your Arrow/Monaco has rear axle height adjustment you'll need that trick little tool that makes it easy to adjust the fittings on the bearing carrier. (Couldn't find a picture) Â

I work on the theory that you should pack everything that you think you'll need (which is pretty much everything already mentioned), then pack as much as you don't think you'll need as you can fit in! Hopefully then that Murphy bastard won't intervene :)
