im just wondering what happens when you move the front tyres out all the way and bring the back tyres in all the way, does it make the kart really grippy or does it just make it bad?
what does making the kart narrow at the front and wide at the back do?
does it make it have less grip?
thanks
by the way this is for dry setup

lol i'd imagine it would feel really tight and grippy...
one way to find out though - try it!
thats what you would do for a wet setup...
lifts a wheel real easy
I don't no lol but yeah i think, think, it would make it grippy as
guys his kart is already like that and it's understeering at high speeds ...... i think that the frotn is toooo wide and it's walking in the front end and then not lifting the rear wheel all the way
anyones opinions???
yes shaun i just didnt wanna say that it is alreayd like that coz i didnt want people to think im a gherkin lol, anyway

We've done this and as soon as you get any temp into the tyres it puts the whole kart so far out of it's design envelope it all just goes pear shaped - I'd imagine in quite a number of different ways so I woldn't spend too much time analysing it.
However, I guess if your seat is way too far back you may get undesteer even if you put the rear wheels on the inside of your bearings.....
