I finally found the time to go up to Stocky's and spend a day on the dyno myth busting different things for the benefit of our entire Stock Honda group.
Things that I compared.
My near new cylinder vs Tracey's > 2000klm cylinder = same result
My near new CDI ignition vs Tracey's > 2000klm CDI ignition = same result
My near new R4H pipe vs Tracey's > 2000klm R4H pipe = same result
The big surprise came from the silencer. Our rules spec only the use of RLV or the M4 12 inch silencer.
I have brought one of each silencers when purchasing my engine packages. I couldn't feel any difference on the track so I had to find out if there was any difference on the dyno since a lot of hype from the M4 silencer. The M4 silencer is the most commonly used in the USA and by all the top running drivers. The RLV silencer costs $98, while the M4 tunable silencer costs $210. The RLV outperformed the M4 under every tunable condition.
I guess Tracey's RLV silencer will now be going on my kart. ;)
Below is the dyno result between the 2 silencers, a difference of 1HP everywhere.

Re: Stock Honda Dyno Infomation
Surprising result going off the hype of the M4.
Re: Stock Honda Dyno Infomation
The idea of Stock Honda is to be 100% transparent on everything I learn locally and from the USA so the rest of the competitors know that there is no myths on this thing or that thing.
The winner of Stock Honda races should come from the better driver, chassis and sprocket setup on the day.
The rules are written to limit the amount of engine varibles and now dyno results are showing that engines/engine parts are equal.
We all have seen/agreed this to be the case with "on track engine performance" since the introduction of the SKUSA timing plate and now it's good to see dyno results reflect that as well.
