you no its pretty hard to hear this shit cause there some people starting to saying we should join the 250 classes together one of them is in the class if he wants to go race the twins just piss off and do it cause we dont need it the class is growing so just leave it alone
Yeah Gmac who is it? I know its not me
However with usernames like Gmac and Refinisher and no "real" name in your profile, your still hiding behind your user name therefore your posts hold little credit, regardless of your content.
Same goes for all others without real names in their profiles.

Sorry Sam since I joined the forum in 2007 I have never posted and had no idea how it would come out that way I hope this suits you better at least people who know my kart know its me. I will make sure to keep an eye out for elvis at the nationals I assume he will be driving the kart with 1 on the side
matt, it's not just one individual mate, there has been a few over the last few years. again it comes down to CAMS forcing the clubs to cut classes at National level which is wrong for a organisation like that to try and influence clubs and the sports politics as it only starts in fighting.

GMac, That's only because there was not the numbers to warrant the classes. I've was around when CAMS logic said that. Someone from outside looking in, 6 classes with 30 total entrants at a National round makes very little sense to CAMS, whether you agree or not.
You put 30 bums consistantly in each class and they will hold their own with CAMS endorsement regardless if it's 3 classes or 10 classes in Australian webmastering.
It's good to see the National guys stepping up and making themselves accountable. I look forward to see them support the events. Well Done.
With more Nationals entered this weekend in Victoria than "light" max and 250 Inter the class is growing again. A testament to those that enjoy this class of racing. Yes it looked like it was dying over the last two years and yes there was talk (and only talk) that perhaps they should combine with the Inters till the numbers improved. Now the numbers are improving we may well see a Championship up for grabs this year.
As for 2 x 4 meetings, you have obviously been away too long as things are once again changing.
There has been talk of going to MA for two years? nothing has changed as it's still talk.
How's the proposed Broadford Championship going? Any update there? Many of us are still keen to race there.
Rolf, What's happend ? Depends which side of the fence your on doesn't it ? Then there's the fence sitters . It's easy to spread mis truths and scare monger. Best ask SKA pres who was more than happy to cross over before he was made head honcho you think ?
I have an unreal suggestion on this thread you ready here goes.........
1 Everybody should stop pissing in the wind 2 If your happy racing your class Race it!!! 3 If your not happy with your class Change to another class 4 if its not got anything to eith you or what your doing have your opinion say what you have to say and get over it.
we are here to race not run the world of webmastering. Dont know how everyboody else feels but im a bit over the dribble coming from members hows about we start hearing some positive stuff in the sport instead of having a slagging match
Correct Jay, You race what you enjoy and can afford, That's why we do it....and the fun. Get caught in the B*****T and the fun goes. The half dozen or so here will NEVER change anything.
Doesnt matter which side of the fence you are on as 250 national is an international class and as such CAMS wont change that. On the upside there is a definite resurgence in numbers and can you blame them as the cost of a new GP125 gearbox engine would = a hole 250 nat set up. I hope the people getting back into national do well as the more of any category within the ranks the better. Up here in QLD looking forward to the current numbers increase as makes racing a hell of lot more fun. Cameron
Indeed we should welcome Ian Harrison from Viper Racing UK to the forum. Dont know him personally but his knoledge of 250 Nationals and CR250 motors I am sure will revivie the 250 National webmasters here in Australia. They are priced well, parts are plenty and quite reliable I believe.
Hey Cam how many 250 nationals do you have in Qld now and would they be coming down to the island cause there is all the victorians in the class are coming to Morgan park
Well today, another 250 National landed so that will make 2 now but by the time Morgan Pk comes around I think the number wil be 3 or 4 the way things are going. Isnt there about 5 in NSW as well?

Good to see re surgance of the 250 Nat. Can offer a one off ICE at major meet later this year if interested. Strong interest from NZ with this also.

Re: Is the National DEAD?
SKA - webmasters Australia P/L - Chairman?
or SWG - webmaster working group - Chairman?
There are only FOUR Presidents, and they represent the CLUBS and their respective members.
Then there are TWO "other bodies" One in charge of running the Nationals,(SKA) The other in recommending rule changes to the AMRC.(SWG)
