Does anyone know where i can get a "hubbell" linkage (made in USA) for the throttle on my leopard? Or are there any better options? I'd prefer not to have to finish another race driving one handed while moving the throttle at the carby with my hand!
Cheers.

G'day,
I have used one for years with no problems. There are two variants, one which you run with the carby upsidedown, which I have. The other with the carby right way up. They are available from All Cycles & Karts in Gympie, they are the importers for the Hubbell linkage. Phone number is 07 5482 7211.
Regards,
Mark
Thanks for the quick response.. I'll give them a buzz tomorrow.
IF you are just after the piece that attaches the cable to the carby, i have just used one off a walbro carbie(from a yamaha j or s engine). they are steel rather than brass and seem to last very well.
Thanks David.. Since my linkage broke i have found out that it is fairly common. (who says surfing the net instead of being out testing on the track is a waste of time!) It's not the bracket, but the clevis on the throttle shaft that breaks. The angles that everything works under look to be improved with Hubbell's linkage.. Anyway i spoke to All Cycles and Karts and they are sending one my way so next time i race i'll let you know what i think.
Cheers.
