Ok i know its up for personal opionion but what do you beleive to be the best chassis for clubman heavy.
I have been looking around and wondering what is best.
The main contenders for me are:
Energy
crg 30/30
pheonix 30/32
arrow/monaco 30/32
or even the x1 as they seem to be getting good results even in clubman.
If you own one please tell me what it is like.

I dont own any of the above but have driven all except the pheonix ( which I would certainly like to try one day) but the CRG felt exceptionally good and suited my driving. dont settle on here say try them all and work out where you are going to get the service and back up.
Cheers.
yeah i intend to test a bit and find out which chassis suits me best.
i have an Arrow 30/32 in clubman...im still a junior atm, but im almost clubby heavy weight at 155kg lol...
that chassis work good for me!
Selling an AX8 30/32 if you are interested. Barely been raced. Comes with a heap of spares :)
i would but i havent got the cash atm and i am just looking around and researching what will be best for me.
you need to take a look at the new Kosmic 32mm i reckon it will be the go in clubman heavy
An Omega chassis poled the Victorian Open at Geelong in clubman heavy last year, and it was the only one in the field. It came 2nd behind Mat Wall in the final. May be you should dare to be different and give an Omega a go.
definetly found the omega 30/30 worked for me
like robbo said, Dare to be different
The only problem with the omega is being in nsw there are no dealers here so it makes it difficult t get parts.

Pm Me if you want to try an Omega I may be able to set you up with support from a kart shop. You will get the setup and advice you need from here. The parts you will get from a kart shop no probs. Keep an eye on Paul Pittam this year you will be hearing the name often in the Omega karts.
Cheers David
Dont be a clone and get somthing eles other than an ARROW lol. A Euro kart will always bet an aust made kart in a big metting. But if i was you try them all and see what works best for you mate. What i say to most people is get a kart thats going to be at the track you race at the most for parts ect. If Omega is at your track most days get that kart as spare parts wont be a drama.
Until you get to the higher level the shops that show up to your track the most are usally the best good luck.
You can have a drive of my ENERGY at newcastle on saturday if you would like.
Ring me at the shop and let me know 43533160
