After the resignation of former AKA Qld State President... and NKC State Representative... Gavin Dicnosi... along with Vice President Malcolm Saunders... the recent elections have resulted in Tom Keneally taking over the role as President... and karting veteran and manufacturer John McCleverty assume the Vice President position. This is good news for Queensland as these two highly experienced men have much knowledge to offer the karters of this state. They are also experts in the political battlefield... and will not bow to pressure from the corrupt AKA national administration.
Tom and John will prove to be a thorn in the side of any wrongdoers at AKA top level... and have the power and ability to bring them to answer for any dodgy behaviour. This is just what the sport needs at the moment... honest men with a wealth of knowledge and experience and plenty of supporters.
Grab the popcorn and sit back for the first episode of " The Toowoomba Texans...".

what, is there a glimmer of hope on the horizon????
RV.
make a motion to recind and find out how good they are?? RV would certainly liven up the nkc.
We can only hope Peter, let's see RV the phoenix rise from the ashes and help these guys get QLD back on track :)
There are now two people who joined the remaining Managment at AKAQ .. I think those two have enough experience and courage to do what is best for Qld without trying to be popular with the BBQ set down south !!
So, with dicknose and his flunky gone, does this now mean that AKAQ can finally make it into the 21st century?
Kinda reminds me of when the banana benders got rid of Joh and brought the whole state out of the dark ages.
Funny thing is, they still have not got their head around daylight saving.......something about fading the curtains I hear.
PS. I only hope that RV manages to avoid any kind of official involvement and the corresponding 'gag order' that would be handed down from Ivory Tower Central.
Have seen RV work from up close, and he is a master at the discussion table, if I were in Qld, he would have my vote..

hey steve calling the old boy dicknose is a big call and most likely out if line for a bunch of retarted F*#k heads like you and ya mate Peter,
I very rarely comment on the political forums but do follow to karting section, never the politics untill you started making personal attacks on someones last name, come on guys, grow up hey?
I guess your pretty funny, dicknose hahaha what about dick-in-a-esky or dicky-noski. I wonder how funny you would be if YOU where in dads (gavins) position, fielding phone calls at all hours of the night, replying to emails whilst busy in WORK meeting or having to put family commitments, work and many other things that take priority.
My "opinion" is low life, pot stirring scum like you are the problem with the sport!
Sorry for the personal attack and use of foul words to the admin of the site to the kids too.

1. Sorry Matt, it's very rare for me to make a mistake with someone's name.
People that attempt to run the sport for their own myopic agenda's should be subject to the closest scrutiny and endless ridicule............................................................as I'm sure your father would agree.
2. With regards to the "low life, pot stirring scum", I strongly doubt if you have even the faintest comprehension of why I bother to continue my contributions to the sport (sometimes at considerable personal cost). I further doubt if you truly grasp the gravity and magnitude of the state of disrepair this sport finds itself in, nor may you have any idea of the contempt with which we are held in international cirles, due to the incompetence and nepotism throughout this sports management.
But take a look round Matt. Don't take my word for it. Why not ask your father to show you a full record of how he was instructed to vote over the years, compared to how he actually did vote. As a dedicated, diligent and scrupulously honest delegate, he will most certainly have such records.
Ask him how many times he was forced to vote on a 'last minute' agenda item, without first receiving due instruction via the approved methods.
Ask him how many times his hand was forced as a result of 'back room' deals?
While you're at it, try asking some of his co-delegates the same questions, as I think you will get similar responses.
Regards,
Mr Retarted F*#k Head.
PS: What does retarted mean? Is it getting hit twice in the face with the same pie?

Every sport has its whingers, complainers and plain wankers. This forum topic obviously shows who those wankers are. out of the multiple sports (at different representation levels) i have played, this has got to be the most bitchy of the lot.
