Oakleigh has about 5 race meets under lights every year. Keep an eye out for the October open at Oakleigh...
I think Oakleigh is the only track in Vic with lights?
Not sure how much lights are to put in (probably a LOT), but the Todd Rd members would have to support that amount of their money being spent for night racing to happen there...
Cheers
im pretty sure todd rd is currently looking into instaling lights.
Cheers Sahen

Up here in newcastle a few years back we ran a night meeting with the portable roadworks lights. The light wasnt the best and it was a bit hard to see in places but it was a great meeting anyway. Fairly dear for the club though.
manning valley kart club puts on night meetings every year now
we are having night meetings for the rest of the year now.
and we have just got the lights upgraded again so it should be really good
oakleigh does run quite a few nite meets. probably the best was last year at the southern classic, u had a qaulifying session, a 35 lap pre final then a 15 lap final at nite. junior top guns r also great meets.

pretty much all meetings here in gladstone run into the night
The Griffith Kart Club runs a Hot Summer Nights Series under Lights. There are three rounds from september to november. It is definately an exciting atmosphere racing here under lights.
