Used to be that you choose your own racing number. It did not need to be the same as your KA Licence number. If 2 karts entered a race meeting IN THE SAME CLASS then 1 would have to change. Latest must be in the Rule Book.
Choose your own as long as it is not already used by someone else in your class.
Again this used to be the case. If there were 2 entries in the same class with identical numbers if 1 entrant travelled from another club then he would be able to use that number & the local member/entrant would have to change his. If both entrants came from the home club then first entry gets the number.
Cheers mate! Good to know I get choose and thanks for the other information. One more thing, Is it from 2 - 99? Or can I choose 3 numbers?

I believe the choice is 2 numbers viz. 1-99.
No worries! thanks for help, look forward to my first year richard gagie said:

You can always choose your own, however it was recommended that you used the last two number of your license. If two entries were received same number (and same class), preference would be given to the person who was using the last two numbers from their license.
Hi Mitchell,Â
Look up on Speedhive the results from the class that you want to race in, that way you can see what numbers are already being used https://speedhive.mylaps.com/Â
