The 2016 Motorsport Zone Superkart Series Entry information can be seen at this link http://www.qldsuperkart.org/article/2016-motorsport-zone-superkart-series-information.
Please read carefully. This year we have 6 race meetings, 5 x 2 day and 1 x 1 day, split between Lakeside Park and Queensland Raceway. Entry cost has gone up to $295.00 for every meeting to try and cover the cost of each slot but you get about twice as much race time for the small increase in entry cost. If you can only race on 1 of the 2 days, you will need to contact the Race Secretary, Roger Amiss, to make sure he can clear it with Queensland Raceways.
As per last year, we have 2 slots per race meeting. They will now be named 250 Superkarts and 125 Superkarts (which will include 85cc Gearbox) so its easier to remember. More information inside the attachment.
The Queensland Superkart Club Inc has been around for 40 years this year (was first know as the Queensland Road Race Kart Club) and on the 31st of March, it is 42 years since the first ever Superkart race meeting in Queensland. If the last few years are anything to go by, enthusiasm for Superkart racing in Queensland is getting bigger every year.
Will you be there?

Re: 2016 Motorsport Zone Superkart Series
Ladies and gents,
Yep, time to pull the covers back off again, polish it up, fuel it up and fire it up. Round 2 will be upon us sooner than we expect – so if you start now you will be well and truly prepared in time!
Round 2 is a one day affair at Lakeside on Sunday 15th May.
Entry fee is 295.00 as always, paid to Queensland Superkart Club Inc as always.
There are a couple of practice days available. One on:
Saturday 7th May 0930 to 1230 at Lakeside
Friday 13th May 0930 to 1700 at Lakeside (yep – the Friday before race day)
We need 10 to get a slot on our own. Let Jason Smith know before 29th April if you are 100% certain you can attend. If we don’t get the 10 it won’t be on.
Please get your entries in on line nice and early to make my life a little easier.
(Message from the Queensland Superkart Race Secretary) Entries will close Friday 6th May at the latest.
