Eastern Creek 3-5 July

I have A few questions below for those that are going.

1. Who, from QLD club is going and what are your plans eg What day leaving/returning etc?
2. Are you considering going as a group or a bunch of smaller groups?
3. Are you loading up multiple karts in trailers/utes etc?
4. Are you staying at the track/hotel/rent a house or a friends place etc?
5. Do you rent a garage and how much does it cost or are they allocated?

Just interested, as I have booked off the Thursday through to Monday off work. I was thinking of heading down on the Thursday and returning on the Monday (Leaving Sydney). Looking to stay at the track or at a friends house.
