Quick question about coil leads....

Submitted by webmaster on Thu, 28/02/2008 - 16:18
While checking my spark plug caps, I noticed on my bottom cyl (the one thats mis firing) that there are only a few strands of wire showing on the coil lead where the plug cap screws in, especially compared to the top cyl which runs fine... If I cut a small amount (say 5mm) off the coil lead, will this be ok?? or is it just the very end of the lead that is 'wired' to have the plug cap screw on?

Hope it all makes sense...

Website update

Hi there,

If anybody visits www.superkartaus.com you will notice an updated front end.

As you can see there is still alot of content to add, but I will slowly update over the coming weeks.

One thing you might notice is the drivers section. My plan is to just have a small picture of the driver plus a few details such as, age, name, location, class raced in, favourite superkarting moment, favourite track.
